It's made from premium quality, hardwearing cotton twill that soaks up spills and splashes of paint, wallpaper paste and other liquids, whilst the water resistant polythene backing prevents it soaking through to the surface below - even when trodden on. The backing contains an anti-slip compound that ensures that when it's laid down on floors it stays in position and doesn't move around, even on wood and tiled floors - especially important if you're using ladders or platforms. The sheet has a woven, tear resistant construction with hemmed edges to prevent fraying.
